Stroke cases following vaccination are extremely rare. The CDC and other health organizations continually monitor vaccine safety and report that the benefits of vaccination far outweigh the risks. The incidence of stroke post-vaccination is much lower compared to the risk of stroke from diseases that vaccines prevent.
